We specialise in providing student accommodation for post-graduates or final year under-graduates and have done so for the past 15 years.  We provide a personalised service which includes our own management and maintenance.

We have five properties all situated near to the inner ring road of Sheffield.

Two on Crookesmoor Road in the Crookes district and three on Ellison Street in the Netherthorpe district.

All properties are within 8 mins walking distance from Sheffield University Information Commons building and 20 mins walking distance from Sheffield Hallam University City Campus and are well serviced by public transport via Supertram and numerous bus services.
